Refund policy

Due to the "print-to-order" nature of this business, we are currently not offering returns.
We hope to be able to accommodate more services in the near future!

Exchanges can be offered within 15 days of delivery. Once the item you wish to exchange is received a new order will be placed on your behalf with the replacement item you would like to receive instead.
